I recently started using FeedSpace, and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations. This feedback management tool is nothing short of amazing. The interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it a breeze to navigate through all its features. They are not only highly responsive but also incredibly efficient in resolving any issues that may arise. I must say I'm pleasantly surprised... This is perhaps the second time I've left a review on appsumo. Without being asked, I left a 5 tacos review at Feedspace. I've been able to try out different solutions for collecting reviews and I have every confidence in Feedspace. The first thing that makes me want to leave a review is, like the previous review, the customer support. It's rare to have support that's immediately available and solves the bug immediately. The second thing is the user interface. Very good ui ux. I don't normally buy deals based on a roadmap, but Feedspace has reassured me. It's not perfected yet, it's missing several key features like cname, whitelabel, translation, smtp, facebook... but I'll give it a chance because they've reassured me. I hope I'm not wrong, but check it out for yourself and in the worst case, if it's not for you, you can get your money back.

I really like what I see from Feedspace. It already has many nice features and the UI is clean and modern. And as other reviewers have mentioned, the support team has been phenomenal! I found a small bug after initial purchase and they had it corrected within minutes! They are also adding user feedback to their roadmap and I have no doubt many requests will be included in the near future.My biggest request is for reputation management features. I would like that positive (4/5 star) reviewers be sent to a page with a link to leave a Google review, and reviews 3 star or lower to be sent to a business's owner/manager for a quick response to the lower rating reviewer.I suggested this to support (Ishan) and he is adding it to the roadmap, and it is obvious they intend to only make the platform better based on the feedback they are receiving from Sumolings. I purchased Tier 2 for testing, but will be upgrading to Tier 4 to provide as a service for current/future clients. If you have a business that relies on reviews, and/or work with clients who do, I highly suggest you give Feedspace a try.

Ishan from the support team is awesome! His quick and courteous communication definitely pushed me to pick up a license. The product itself works, but still needs some core features (at least 3 main ones) before I add it to my workflow. What's needed: 1. CNAME (it's coming soon), ideally it is available per workspace. A single CNAME would not be enough. 2. A link/button below the record button with the ability to upload a pre-recorded video instead of recording one on the spot. Another important missing feature. Ideally we should be able to manage, organize, and design all of the buttons on the forms. 3. Webhooks/API (this is very crucial) - automation is the name of the game now. I should be able to send personalized links to customers in my automation SaaS, via an HTTP request, and/or even more importantly receive a webhook with the details (including a video URL) once a user/customer submits a (video) review. The good thing is the team is committed to working on some of these already and I think this will be a formidable testimonial solution in a few weeks, if they can complete all 3. I have other requests as well, but we will leave it to these core 3. I will update this review as they implement them.

I second the positive reviews about Ishan and the support team!I had a slight issue with redemption, and we figured it out during the chat. I did a trial run, and the UI/UX of FeedSpace was clear and worked well enough…like the video framing guide (simple but cool).I bought this as a Senja alternative. Think of FeedSpace as a “Senja for Corporate Professionals.”Perhaps the AppSumo should list “Senja” as a viable alternative for more search hits?I like Senja, but I really have no use for all the wacky high school, psychedelic Gen Z templates…and the hour I wasted trying to navigate the interface has sent me into the arms of another.I just need custom colors, my logo, some different layouts, and a confetti animation once a person submits a review, lol…kinda serious about that one though!I know FeedSpace has bigger dreams than Senja, but this feels like a solid replacement without all the bells and whistles you’ll never use.I would like to see FeedSpace duplicate some of Senja’s widgets like the scrolling feeds: https://senja.io/testimonial-widgetsAlso, the demo “Wall of Love” looks a bit lackluster. It needs the same exciting ENERGY as a Senja wall but without inducing ADHD…definitely have some way to add a custom background image or change background color (I’m not sure if it can yet based on the demo).

Okay so I finally had a chance to take FeedSpace out for a spin. I must admit I had to get used to the navigation a bit because it was different then most tools I had used in the past. Why? Because it given me more ways to capture testimonials then I had previously been able to capture so I had to get used to it. To capture audio testimonials or text testimonials was new and different to me. This allows me to now add audio endorsements in my podcast with ease. I shared a quick walk through and even mixed it with a few other Appsumo favorites to extend the range even further. Here is a quick video of it here. https://youtu.be/1o69ELr086IOver all it is not like we have never seen tools capture testimonials before, but what they did was take it to a new level with the Screen Capture feature. One of the things that I love about a new tool that comes is the responsiveness of the questions, techsupport, and updated features. Feedspace past my test with flying colors in all categories.+PROS+Tech Support is fast and responsive+ Tool Updates are Super Fast and responsive+ Can download the videos and use else where for marketing+ Desktop Capture can add even more value to your business+ Can capture Audio, Video, & Text- CONS- Need more flexibility with forms customization- Feedback landing page customization - Domain name- Should add some type of star system for text feed back (minor but could work well)- Redirect after submission would be nice to have.Overall this tool is a hidden gem and while most may have a similar tool this ads a few more things to your tool belt.

Ever since I saw FeedSpace, it seemed very interesting to me, as one of the most important aspects for both digital and physical businesses is social proof. I acquired it, and although there were some limitations at the beginning, and the development team is making an effort to meet them, I must say that they address concerns. You always have the possibility to solve concerns via chat, support email, and this page. I really like how testimonials are collected quickly, and then can be downloaded and used in other marketing content like a podcast or an Instagram reel.As it is a new product, it has areas for improvement; however, the team helped me launch my Wall of Love without branding, which was very helpful for my website these days. Additionally, I have seen that they are developing new functionalities, which is important, as it allows for sustainability over time. It is a product that deserves support, and as users, we should give them feedback to continue improving, making it better and better.

I was searching for a program to replace testimonial.to, and I came across Feedspace. I purchased it with a long-term perspective. It's not quite on par with the competition yet, but we all understand that these things take time. What matters is that you continue to demonstrate your commitment to improving the platform.Here are some features I would like to see added in the future:- I would appreciate a star rating system.- It would be fantastic if users could upload a photo for sharing feedback.- Having a simple landing page where users can choose to write text, record a video, or record audio would be excellent.- For text forms, it would be great if we could provide more detailed descriptions. Additionally, having the option to leave an email and provide consent, similar to the video form, would be helpful.Thank you very much, and I'll be here to witness the improvements!

After interacting with their support I can say it's a great team with a very exciting roadmap. The software as is is well designed and thought out and the upcoming features such as allowing the user to select their testimonial type will make it even better. I recommend.

I'm genuinely thrilled about how user-friendly Feedspace is—it's going to save me a ton of time going forward. The feature to import Google reviews is a standout, truly impressive. Additionally, embedding the Wall of Love on one of my websites was a breeze.As someone who specializes in creating straightforward websites for clients, I have just one piece of feedback that I believe is crucial: the inability to customize the style of text and subtext, buttons (size, font, and color) to match my page's aesthetic was a bit of a hiccup. It would also be beneficial if the Wall of Love's background could be made transparent for seamless integration with the site. I hope these enhancements are on your roadmap and receive top priority.Introducing agency functionality would seal the deal for me, and I'd eagerly upgrade to the highest tier. A big shoutout to the Feedspace Team for crafting such a useful tool!

I'm going to share my experience with FeedSpace; it's an excellent review product, an easy-to-use software with solutions that the current market needs. And something very important is that the FeedSpace team listens to our opinions and suggestions, their customer service is effective, they solve issues instantly. Without a doubt, this will be one of the top products on AppSumo. If your agency or your clients have problems organizing testimonials, requesting video, audio, or written testimonials, this is for you, it's more than a great software, behind it there is a great team. I want to personally thank Ishan for his great help in my learning curve. Take advantage of this offer or you will regret it in the future.

One Video, One Audio Feed, One Text Feed... ALL created in less than 20 minutes! This software (so far) is working perfectly. The ONLY thing that is missing, in my humble opinion, is the ability to embed the video and audio forms on my website. That is it! Great job Feedspace team. Make it so I can more easily embed the other forms and you've got a 10 star tool here. In the meantime, you can use the following hack:Create your own Iframe and add the form URL to the Iframe. I have tested this and it works perfectly! For all my fellow sumolings who would like to know how to accomplish this... here is the code:<iframe src="INSERT FEEDSPACE FORM URL" width="100%" height="1200" scrolling= "no" style="border:none;" title="Video Feedback"></iframe>Make sure you test the height to ensure that the user can scroll to the bottom of the page (or) remove the (scrolling= "no") from the above code. Again... fantastic job Feedspace Team. Keep up the good work!

In the world of AI & Bots everywhere, Efficiency and Authenticity drive today's customer decisions. And Chirag and Team at Feedspace is the bridge that connects both.I was impressed by the quick onboarding process- no convoluted precess, just simple straight to the point.The real standout feature for me is "Wall of Love", best to showcase digital billboard of my customer praises. It is a creative solution of leveraging positive feedbacks.Getting reviews from multiple platform and getting insides out of it was never this easy. Moreover the team is excellenent with the query responses.Best buy with value for money.

I would like to submit a preliminary review here. The tool has great potential, but unfortunately, it is still too narrowly focused on specific application areas and industries. Particularly in coaching and services, reviews from real people are crucial for building trust in the brand or company, similar to Google reviews. Therefore, the most important features are still missing in this tool. However, I see great potential in perfecting this easy-to-use tool with meaningful and easily implementable features.Therefore, I am initially giving it 3 stars, as my initial expectations have not been met after the purchase, and I have not yet found much use for it due to the points mentioned above. However, if the points I mentioned are added, I will give it a solid 5 stars. I believe that the developers also believe in their product and do not see these 3 stars as an insult, but rather as a small encouragement to improve their product for an even larger audience and to make it absolutely perfect.I would also like to express my heartfelt thanks for the introduction of the 5-star rating system. It is a wonderful and extremely practical addition.The following 3 functions are still missing, and I would like to have them:1. The ability to add a first name to received feedback, so that the first names can be displayed on the "Wall of Love."2. An option to add contact details to feedback, so that as the creator, I have the opportunity to verify/confirm reviews via email, to gain more credibility and trust as a "real person."3. A function to customize the automatic display text of messages sent by the customer, and the ability to specify whether it is the sale of a product or a service.These points would significantly improve the user experience. I had a customer record a review and I cannot access it because of some XML error on the page... I think the video is lost! - this was a review I wrote a while back. Since then a LOT has changed! It went from a tool that I didn't know I could use to something we use almost every day!! The team worked and support is 2nd to none and worked their butt off to make sure this NEVER happened again. I appreciate that so much I wanted to change my review. Not only is the software 5 STARS the Customer Support is 5 stars as well!!

I buy a way too much on AppSumo like all us Sumo's of course, so I am behind in testing & trying and recently I started playing with FeedSpace and at first i wasn't sure about it but I didn't get it at first. But Chirag spent a good amount of time walking me through it, showed me a ton of features that I didn't even know existed, helped troubleshoot my custom domain and even had his team do a quick modification for my account. Many people have probably seen me going hard at times on the AS Partners so I wanted to also make sure I leave positive ones lol and that is what I am doing. Great product, Great Team and so many freaking network integrations to gather feedback. If they come back buy it and not sure how true it is in the FB group it slipped that Version 3 is coming out. He wouldn't completely tell me but if its true and they come back, BUY!

As a marketing agency, we tried MANY different ways to leverage user-generated content. Feedscape is the one platform we prefer by fair. We got the Appsumo deal in April 2024 and it has been incredible to see the evolution and improvement of the features they provide.I just had a question and the team (Chirag) hopped on a Zoom call with me this morning to answer my questions. The level of commitment and mission is what made me write this testimonial. I love that they offer audio and screen sharing as a format to gather content. It is very easy to use! I 100% recommend it for any small business.

They have really gone out of their way to take a product that was good and make it consistently great. They still continue to roll down the roadmap coming up with even more ingenious sue cases and deployment features. Get Chirag to run you through it before you even try to do anything yourself - he is so good with pacing it out, making sure you get it before moving on and moving on quick when you know what you're doing, so no wasting time.Loving the looks of the features and looking forward to getting it live on the website, to start getting in some overdue client reviews!

I've been using Feedspace since the first or second week of their launch here. It's easy to set up, dependable, and the UI is clean and intuitive. I run Feedspace across two products and it works great. The webhook support and API access make integrations painless, and the branding options help everything feel consistent.I'm on tier 4 and very happy with the purchase. Chirag and his team listen to customer feedback and keep shipping useful updates. I've watched Feedspace improve a lot. This is the best feedback solution on AppSumo, period.

I’ve tried a lot of ways to gather testimonials and client feedback, and most tools either feel clunky or get ignored by clients. Feedspace has been different. It’s lightweight, simple to set up, and easy for people to actually respond to. That’s huge because the easier it is, the more feedback you actually get.I really like that the team is constantly rolling out improvements and even kept early users grandfathered into premium features. It shows they actually care about loyalty and not just chasing quick wins.
